Chapter Philanthropy

Chapter members are able to be involved in the local community by volunteering at Washington Elementary and through the SOAR after-school program! Girls have the opportunity to read to and tutor the school children, while enjoying time with sisters.

The Gamma Nu Kappas also come together to contribute to our national philanthropy, NEDA! That is the National Eating Disorder Association. This past year, we hosted many events to raise money to support these philanthropies. We hosted Kappachino, which is an event where we serve treats and coffee. We also hosted Matches for Mental Health, which was a campus-wide pickleball tournament! Our most popular and highest-earning event new in the 2024 school year was Kappa Krawfish! Over these three events, we had a very successful year for our philanthropy!
